Your access & use constitutes the acceptance of these, which is why the user should read them carefully. Access is free for all users (except for the cost of connection).

How to order

Unless otherwise indicated, you can order the services on the Internet at www.laposidonia-ibiza.com. Not all treatments & packs may be available online, so you can call us any day throughout the season between 10:00 and 21:00 at +34 971334070, or send us an email. These contractual terms apply when ordering by phone, in writing or through the Internet. The sales contract is deemed concluded with the enjoyment of the service. For online orders you will make full prepayment & receive from us a confirmation email after order placement. For all other orders payment will be done before the treatment/s begins.

Prices

Our prices are Euro (€) prices. All prices are per person unless otherwise stipulated. The prices are final prices including the value added tax VAT prescribed by law.

Cancellation Policy

For any booking modification or cancellation we ask you to advise 24 h prior to the appointment. Conversely, the total of the treatment(s) will be charged. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by telephone: +34 971334070 or email: “info@laposidonia-ibiza.com“mailto:info@laposidonia-ibiza.com of your decision to cancel this order. You must send the information that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the expiration of the cancellation period.

If you cancel the order within the approved period, we will return the payment received from you, or simply not charge you anything if no prepayment was done.

Security and privacy policy

All electronic devices (including cameras & mobiles phones are forbidden in all treatment areas.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Bank Transfer & Bitcoin. All personal data is transmitted with SSL encryption.

Gift Vouchers

a) Gift Vouchers (which you can purchase for a third party) can only be used during the season they were purchased; they cannot be used to purchase other vouchers; cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers; & cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

b) If the voucher balance does not cover the order, the difference can be paid for using the provided payment options.

c) Copying, editing or manipulating the vouchers is prohibited.

Miscellaneous

The Lunch or Dinner consists of a 3 course healthy menu especially prepared by our chef for the occasion. Drinks are not included in the price of the package.

Conditions of use of the site

The user agrees to make proper use of this website in accordance with the Law, these Terms & Conditions & the Privacy Policy. Otherwise, he will be liable to Posidonia Resort S.L. & of any damages that may be caused by breach of this obligation. The use of the website for purposes injurious to property or interests of La Posidonia & the Hacienda Na Xamena, or third parties or that in any way overload, damage or disable the networks, servers & other computer equipment, or products and applications is expressly prohibited . The contents and web materials have been prepared for informational purposes only and should be noted that, despite the effort made, may be out of date. La Posidonia and the Hacienda Na Xamena reserves the right to update, modify or delete them at its convenience. It also seeks to sometime link to other web sites not operated by us directly, but assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the contents or state, not being in any way as its own the information that could be obtained in the same or guarantee the accuracy of the same. La Posidonia and the Hacienda Na Xamena try to keep at bay viruses or other elements that could damage or alter the computer system of the recipient, and it is not liable for any damage that may be caused thereby, but cannot guarantee this end, declining itself any responsibility for the smooth functioning of telecommunications networks access to this website and its links.
